Why I have to follow a diet?
This is a common question among many people .ill answer it, this is not my own answer but many professional's answer,most of us try to live a healthy life and so we practice regular workouts and attend special workout sessions ,yes this is the way to be fit but it will not bring a vast change in your outlook.so what you have to do is follow a regular and apt diet chart along with it sufficient level of rest will make it perfect. So an exact diet chart is a necessary thing to live a fit and healthy life.

ZUMBA
zumba is a dace fitness program invented and choreographed by an Colombian dancer Alberto Perez. He framed steps and bars featuring aerobics,salsa,mambo,hip hop,samba and other such styles.He started it with a keen idea and worked on it ,his complete aim of creating zumba is to help people to loose some weight and to help them to  live a fit and healthy life.zumba is a kind of dance
which is very easy and the bumping music will make you feel up and energised,zumba is not only a dance style but a mere workout .only in this fitness program you will not be aware of your tiredness on comparing to all other workouts .In dance terminology a bar consists of 8steps, zumba frames of minimum of 1bar to 4bar's,which means 8steps to 32 steps. Zumba is easy to follow and practice. Half an hour of zumba will bring a vast change in your life. So try zumba practice it and have a happy workout session.
